For orders under this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee applies based on the size and weight of your items, as well as your delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer products as pre-orders due to shipping delays or when popular items are temporarily out of stock. Pre-order items can be purchased alongside regular in-stock products in a single transaction. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll dispatch the available items immediately. Once your pre-order item becomes available, we’ll send you an email notification before dispatching it separately.
Pre-ordering guarantees your item will be reserved and dispatched as soon as it becomes available. You’ll also automatically receive a 5% discount on all pre-order items. Additionally, if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, you’ll only pay shipping costs once. If your total order value exceeds $200 and you’re shipping within Australia or New Zealand, you’ll qualify for complimentary shipping on the entire order.
