Return & Refund Policy

Firstly, thank you for your order at Wonderly Home. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and everyone changes their mind from time to time. We’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

Change of mind

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any eligible item(s) — excluding those marked as Clearance — within 28 days of order dispatch.

To start a return, please contact us via our website contact form or email us directly by replying to the order confirmation email you received, including your name and order number, within the timeframes noted above.

Once your return request has been approved, you’ll need to send the item(s) back to our warehouse as soon as possible and provide us with a courier tracking link. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must:

  • Be brand new and unused
  • Remain in their original packaging
  • Be in sellable condition

If your return meets these conditions, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Items marked with a “Clearance” label are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged.

We aim to make your experience with Wonderly Home a positive one, and we don’t charge any restocking or return fees. However, as return shipping is at your own cost and Clearance items are not eligible for return, we kindly encourage you to choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. We’re always happy to provide more information or extra product photos to help you make the right choice.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item as outlined above, then place a new order for the item you’d like instead. Our standard shipping policy will apply to the new order.

Faulty and damaged items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our website contact form or by replying directly to your order confirmation email. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a photo or video clearly showing the issue.

Our team at Wonderly Home will assess the issue, and if the fault or error is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever is most appropriate for the situation.

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by Wonderly Home come with a 1-year warranty. Please make sure to follow all product instructions carefully, as we cannot take responsibility for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care guidelines.
